实践者学者社群
实践学者社区（PSC）是国际服务学习与社区参与研究协会（IARSLCE）旗下的一项顶尖教育发展项目。 鉴于众多社区参与专业人士（CEPs）兼具实践者与学者双重身份，且许多负责社区参与课程与项目建设的教师及专业人员常处于"第三空间"——即理论与实践、研究与管理、学术探索与项目实施之间的过渡地带，PSC项目应运而生，旨在支持身处此类第三空间的专业人士开展学术研究。 培养实践者-学者能力是IARSLCE的重要使命，与本组织致力于社区参与相关研究与学术发展的承诺高度契合。
目标：本IARSLCE项目的目标是提升成员能力，以实现以下两点：1）建立实践者-学者身份认同；2）开发聚焦服务学习与社区参与（SLCE）的学术项目，从而支持IARSLCE推动SLCE研究与学术领域发展的使命。
项目概述：实践者-学者社区为服务学习与社区参与领域的工作者提供四（4）个模块的异步学习机会，旨在帮助学员构建实践者-学者身份认同并提升专业能力。
学习成果
完成本课程后，学员将能够：
在实践者-学者框架内阐明其专业身份及跨文化实践背景；
制定学术项目计划，包括：a) 基于实践探究衍生出的研究问题；b) 与实践相关的学术项目方法论；c) 学术传播的实施行动方案。
通过开发顶点项目，在专业背景下展示实践与学术方法的证据。
交付物
参与实践者-学者社区的成员将通过此次教育发展机会，形成清晰的实践者-学者叙事，并制定与特定研究领域相关的学术项目计划。
路线图
参与者将在一周（7天）内完成不同异步模块的任务和作业，随后在第二周对同组成员的工作提供反馈，之后再进入下一个模块。

We are excited to offer our Practitioner-Scholar Community experience again in early 2027. The applications will be released in January, with the cohort beginning in mid-February. While we will distribute the application broadly, we would like to invite people who anticipate applying to fill out our interest form so we can reach out with priority information and track capacity as we will be offering only 40 spots for this upcoming cohort. 联合主持人
贝卡·伯基博士现任东北大学整合参与与全球影响事务高级主任，负责统筹社区参与式教学与研究项目及约翰·马丁森荣誉课程，同时担任该校人类服务学讲师。 她拥有逾15年高等教育从业经验，作为跨学科学习者、研究者和教育者，在实践型学者身份中专注于教师发展及服务学习与社区参与（SLCE）的社区影响力研究；在学者型活动家身份中，则以环境社会学家身份与社区及联盟组织合作，致力于农工权益、健康与安全相关议题。
Dr. Isabelle Lys is a Senior Lecturer (Bioscience) in the Australian Catholic University (ACU) School of Behavioural and Health Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education as an interdisciplinary project collaborator, researcher and educator. She is an ally for Aboriginal and Torres Strait student and staff, and local communities. Dr. Lys has also worked closely with ACU’s Equity team and Indigenous Higher Education Units (IHEUs) to identify and to develop new community partnerships and inclusive pathways for current and future students.
Dr. Doug Strahler is a Professor of Strategic Communication & Media at Slippery Rock University. His teaching and scholarship focus on digital media, community-engaged learning, instructional innovation, and the intersection of communication, design, and technology. Dr. Strahler is a Campus Compact Certified Community Engagement Professional and has earned credentials in community-engaged teaching and learning, community partnerships, engaged faculty development, community engagement fundamentals, and equity and inclusion. He has organized a number of community-engaged learning projects at SRU and formerly served as SRU's Community-Engaged Learning Faculty Fellow.
Dr. Ziwei Qi is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Fort Hays State University, where she teaches and conducts research on rural justice, gender-based violence, victimization, trauma-informed practices, and access to justice. She has more than a decade of experience in higher education and has led community-engaged projects funded by the National Science Foundation and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Her work brings together rural libraries, courts, service providers, health professionals, survivors, and community members to address gaps in support and access. Dr. Qi also co-leads the Center for Empowering Victims of Gender-Based Violence and is especially interested in community partnerships, engaged student learning, and translating research into practical tools for rural communities.
